The roots of Michael Moulton’s work ethic are sewn deep. Growing up the eldest of seven children in Madison, New Jersey, Michael learned early on that nothing in life comes without hard work. Clients who work with Michael benefit from his drive for unparalleled service and dedication that is, unmistakably, nothing short of second nature.

Michael earned his Realtor’s and broker’s licenses and became affiliated with Michael Saunders & Company in 1982. Driven by an unwavering commitment to professionalism, he has since earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation from the National Association of Realtors.

While his high-touch, personal approach to service in the luxury real estate market has earned him a thriving repeat and referral business, Michael says that learning about and meeting the needs of his clients is how he measures his personal success.

Michael and his wife, Katie, have been residents of Sarasota for the past 17 years. Michael has been an active part of the community’s efforts for helping those in need. In addition to serving on the board of the popular Florida Winefest and Auction to benefit disadvantaged children, Michael volunteers for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County and has served as past chairman earning the Board Member of the Year Award twice.
